A Christmas Greeting For 2009-2010.
I would like to write about this easy to do and fun project of cardboard eye cutout at Art view. One can use any cardboard that is clean. Just get a scissors and cut two round circles first these can be stuck with clear tape or a sticky tack to the Eye-brow.
